Recommendations To Parents / Guardians

  1. Parents are requested to check the school diary daily and to acknowledge the circulars.
  2. Uniforms are required to be clean and tidy. For this all parents are required to purchase two blue uniforms for their ward.
  3. All students must carry their text books/exercise books according to the time table for that day.
  4. Regularly check the diary for teacher's remarks for performance in class as well as home work.
  5. Encourage your ward to take interest in studies, co-curricular activities and sports.
  6. Get a dental and an ophthalmic checkup once every year.
  7. Students suffering from infectious disease like- Conjunctivitis, Dermatitis, Scabies etc. should not be sent to school.
  8. Students suffering from chronic disease like Asthma, Epilepsy, Rheumatic heart disease, etc. are advised to be under continuous medical supervision of a specialist doctor. History of their illness must be filled in the diary along with the treatment being taken.
  9. Parents of class LKG, UKG are required to send a hanky, small napkin, a spoon with the lunch box of their ward.
  10. We do not appreciate the gesture of sending gifts from children to teachers for birthdays/celebrations.
  11. Parents/guardians are requested to notify the school any change in their address.
  12. Parents should discourage their children from bringing valuable articles to school. The school is not responsible for any article or money lost.
  13. Read the contents of this diary carefully and please abide by the rules laid down by the school authorities.
  14. The School reserves the right to suspend, expel or take strict disciplinary action against a student whose conduct is harmful to other students and the school.
  15. Avoid littering paper in the school premises.
  16. No parent is permitted to enter the classrooms. Parents are not allowed to meet teachers during school hours without prior appointment from the Principal.
  17. No parent is allowed in the class for celebrating birthday.
  18. The ward of those parents, who avoid meeting the authorities, when advised to do so, may not be allowed to attend the classes.
  19. Parents should not try to contact the Principal or teachers over the phone after school hours unless it is very urgent. Parents can meet the Principal and teachers during the 'Visiting Hours' at school with prior appointment.
  20. Our school is a Polybag-free zone. All parents are requested not to send or bring any article like Tiffin, stationery, craft articles etc. to school in polybags.
  21. Cooperating with school officials in matters pertaining to school discipline is solicited.
  22. Reporting any suspected child abuse or neglect situation in accordance with the Children's Act and Sexual offences Amendment Act 2000.
