HOME EXAMINATION AND PROMOTION RULES

1. The final assessment of a pupil at the end of the Academic Sessions will be based
on the achievement of student in the periodic assessments. Regular Home and
Class work and Projects/Practical under taken by him/her through out the year.
In class I to V evaluation of students in all the subjects will be on five point scale of
Grade A+, A, B, C, D, to judge competencies in various subjects.

PARENT - TEACHER ASSOCIATION

1. To help parents to understand the school programmes by arranging open days at
school when parents can visit the school and observe their children at work.
2. To arrange for general meetings parent-teacher consultations are possible in a
group as well as individually.
3. To prepare programs which can increase co-operation between the school and the
community and can create better mutual understanding, between parents and
teacher.
4. To provide various opportunities to parents and teacher to meet on equal footing
and discuss problems of the children.

PTA POLICY

This association will be purely educational, non-commercial, non-political. It will not
seek to interfere with the administrative policies of the school; its functions will be
advisory.

WITHDRAWALS

The Principal may ask a parent to withdraw his/her ward at any time, without showing any
reason, if he/she feels that such a course of action is in the interest of the school.
Parents wishing to withdraw his/her ward should apply on the prescribed form by giving
15 days notice. School leaving certificate, examination progress card and entitled
certificate will not be issued unless all the dues of the school are cleared.
